समाज मानविकी हिंदी भाषा में सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानविकी, शिक्षा, मनोविज्ञान, संस्कृति, नीति, भाषा, साहित्य, दर्शन, भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा और अंतर्विषयी शोध से संबंधित मौलिक लेख आमंत्रित करती है। Authors से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे manuscript submission से पहले journal के focus and scope, peer review policy, publication ethics और submission checklist को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
Journal में केवल मौलिक, अप्रकाशित और ethical standards का पालन करने वाले manuscripts पर विचार किया जाएगा।
पत्रिका का मुख्य प्रकाशन माध्यम हिंदी है। Manuscript Unicode Devanagari font में होना चाहिए। Kruti Dev या legacy fonts में तैयार manuscript स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक उसे Unicode में परिवर्तित न किया गया हो।
प्रत्येक manuscript में English title, English abstract और English keywords अनिवार्य होंगे ताकि article international discoverability और indexing readiness के लिए उपयुक्त हो।
Journal निम्न प्रकार की manuscripts स्वीकार कर सकती है:

Word limit indicative है। Editor article type और quality के आधार पर flexibility रख सकता है।
Research article सामान्यतः इस संरचना में तैयार किया जाना चाहिए: हिंदी शीर्षक, English title, author details, affiliation, email, ORCID यदि उपलब्ध हो, हिंदी सारांश, English abstract, हिंदी keywords, English keywords, परिचय, साहित्य समीक्षा, शोध उद्देश्य, शोध प्रश्न या परिकल्पना, पद्धति, विश्लेषण, चर्चा, निष्कर्ष, सीमाएँ, आभार, funding statement, conflict of interest statement, ethics statement और references.
Theoretical या humanities manuscripts में structure विषय के अनुरूप लचीला हो सकता है, लेकिन argument clarity, citation discipline और scholarly contribution स्पष्ट होना चाहिए।
हिंदी सारांश और English abstract दोनों 150–250 शब्दों के बीच होने चाहिए। Abstract में उद्देश्य, पद्धति या दृष्टिकोण, प्रमुख निष्कर्ष और scholarly contribution संक्षेप में होना चाहिए।
प्रत्येक manuscript में 5–7 keywords हिंदी और English दोनों में दिए जाएँ।
Manuscript Microsoft Word format में जमा किया जाना चाहिए। Font Unicode Devanagari होना चाहिए, font size 12, line spacing 1.5 और margins सामान्यतः 1 inch रखे जा सकते हैं। Tables और figures को क्रमांकित किया जाना चाहिए और text में उनका संदर्भ देना चाहिए।
समाज मानविकी social sciences और education manuscripts के लिए APA 7th edition शैली को प्राथमिकता देती है। Humanities, literature, philosophy और history manuscripts में MLA या Chicago style भी स्वीकार हो सकती है, परंतु पूरे manuscript में एक ही reference style का पालन होना चाहिए।
References में जहाँ उपलब्ध हो, DOI या stable URL देना चाहिए।
Manuscript मौलिक होना चाहिए और किसी अन्य journal में submitted या under review नहीं होना चाहिए। Plagiarism, duplicate publication, translated plagiarism, fabricated references और copied data स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं।
Authors को submission से पहले अपने manuscript की originality जाँचनी चाहिए।
Human participants, children, students, teachers, communities या sensitive data से जुड़े research में informed consent, confidentiality और institutional permission आवश्यक हो सकती है। Ethics approval, यदि लागू हो, manuscript में बताया जाना चाहिए।
यदि AI-assisted tool का उपयोग language editing, translation support या formatting में किया गया है, तो इसका disclosure दिया जाना चाहिए। AI-generated content को बिना verification और author responsibility के submit नहीं किया जा सकता।
Manuscript OJS submission portal के माध्यम से जमा किया जाना चाहिए। Authors को metadata सही भरना चाहिए, जिसमें title, abstract, keywords, author affiliation और references शामिल हैं। Incorrect metadata article indexing और discoverability को प्रभावित कर सकता है।
Submission के बाद manuscript editorial screening और peer review से गुजरेगा। Revision मांगे जाने पर author को revised manuscript और response to reviewers जमा करना होगा। Revision में किए गए बदलाव स्पष्ट होने चाहिए।
