समाज मानविकी में manuscript जमा करते समय authors से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे पांडुलिपि को स्पष्ट, व्यवस्थित और journal की academic requirements के अनुसार तैयार करें। यह template authors को article structure, formatting, metadata और essential declarations को व्यवस्थित करने में सहायता करता है।
Authors इस template को अपनी manuscript के आधार के रूप में उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
Manuscript Microsoft Word format में जमा किया जाना चाहिए। लेख Unicode Devanagari font में होना चाहिए। Font size 12, line spacing 1.5 और margins सामान्यतः 1 inch रखे जा सकते हैं। सभी headings स्पष्ट हों और tables तथा figures क्रमांकित हों।
Kruti Dev या अन्य legacy fonts में manuscript स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक उसे Unicode में परिवर्तित न किया गया हो।
Manuscript की शुरुआत में निम्न जानकारी दी जाए:

Double-blind review के लिए यदि anonymized manuscript माँगा जाए, तो author-identifying information अलग title page में दी जाए और main manuscript file से हटा दी जाए।
हिंदी सारांश 150–250 शब्दों में दिया जाए। उसके बाद 5–7 हिंदी keywords दिए जाएँ।
English abstract 150–250 words में दिया जाए। उसके बाद 5–7 English keywords दिए जाएँ।
Abstract में उद्देश्य, पद्धति/दृष्टिकोण, sample/data यदि लागू हो, मुख्य निष्कर्ष और scholarly contribution संक्षेप में शामिल हों।
Research article में सामान्यतः निम्न sections शामिल होने चाहिए:

Theoretical, philosophical, literary, historical या humanities-based article में structure विषय के अनुसार लचीला हो सकता है। फिर भी article में clear introduction, conceptual background, main argument, textual/contextual analysis, discussion, conclusion और references होने चाहिए।
ऐसे लेखों में भी हिंदी और English metadata अनिवार्य होगा।
Tables को “तालिका 1”, “तालिका 2” के रूप में क्रमांकित किया जाए। Figures, diagrams और images को “चित्र 1”, “चित्र 2” के रूप में क्रमांकित किया जाए। प्रत्येक table या figure का title और source दिया जाना चाहिए।
यदि table या figure author द्वारा स्वयं बनाया गया है, तो source में “लेखक द्वारा निर्मित” लिखा जा सकता है।
Authors journal की recommended reference style का पालन करें। Social sciences और education manuscripts के लिए APA 7th edition शैली को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है। Humanities articles में MLA या Chicago style स्वीकार हो सकती है, परंतु पूरे manuscript में एक ही style consistent रहनी चाहिए।

शर्मा (2022) के अनुसार शिक्षा में भाषा का प्रश्न केवल माध्यम का प्रश्न नहीं है, बल्कि ज्ञान तक पहुँच का प्रश्न भी है।
या
शिक्षा में भाषा का प्रश्न ज्ञान तक पहुँच से भी जुड़ा है (शर्मा, 2022)।
References section manuscript के अंत में दिया जाए। केवल वही sources reference list में शामिल किए जाएँ जिन्हें manuscript में cite किया गया है। जहाँ उपलब्ध हो, DOI या stable URL दिया जाए।

Author Contribution Statement, यदि multiple authors हों
Acknowledgement, यदि आवश्यक हो

Authors manuscript file का नाम स्पष्ट रखें। Example:
