समाज मानविकी में manuscript submit करने से पहले authors को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उनका लेख journal की academic, ethical, formatting और metadata requirements को पूरा करता है। यह checklist authors को submission errors कम करने और review process को सुचारु बनाने में सहायता करती है।
Submission के समय author यह घोषणा करता है कि manuscript मौलिक है, journal के scope से संबंधित है और सभी आवश्यक ethical तथा formatting standards का पालन करता है।
Manuscript समाज मानविकी के focus and scope से संबंधित होना चाहिए। लेख हिंदी भाषा में Unicode Devanagari font में तैयार होना चाहिए। Manuscript किसी अन्य journal में published, accepted या under review नहीं होना चाहिए।
यदि manuscript किसी thesis, dissertation, conference paper, working paper, project report या preprint से विकसित है, तो उसका disclosure देना आवश्यक है।
Submission से पहले सुनिश्चित करें कि manuscript में हिंदी title और English title दोनों दिए गए हैं। हिंदी सारांश और English abstract दोनों उपलब्ध हैं। Keywords हिंदी और English दोनों में दिए गए हैं। Abstract में article का उद्देश्य, पद्धति या दृष्टिकोण, findings और contribution स्पष्ट होना चाहिए।
सभी authors के नाम, affiliation, email और ORCID ID यदि उपलब्ध हो, सही रूप में दिए जाएँ। Corresponding author स्पष्ट रूप से पहचाना जाना चाहिए। सभी authors ने manuscript पढ़ा है और submission के लिए सहमति दी है।
Author order सभी authors की सहमति से तय किया गया हो।
Manuscript Word file में होना चाहिए। Font Unicode Devanagari होना चाहिए। Tables, figures और illustrations क्रमांकित होने चाहिए। प्रत्येक table या figure को text में refer किया गया हो। यदि blind review लागू है, तो manuscript file से author-identifying information हटाई गई हो।
सभी cited sources reference list में उपलब्ध हों और reference list में दिए गए सभी sources text में cited हों। Reference style पूरे manuscript में consistent हो। जहाँ उपलब्ध हो, DOI या stable URL दिया गया हो।
Direct quotations, translated ideas, tables, figures, scales, questionnaires या copyrighted materials के लिए उचित citation और permission दी गई हो।
Author यह पुष्टि करे कि manuscript मौलिक है। इसमें plagiarism, self-plagiarism, translated plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated references या copied content शामिल नहीं है। यदि किसी पूर्व प्रकाशित कार्य का उपयोग किया गया है, तो उसका citation और disclosure दिया गया है।
यदि study human participants, children, teachers, students, communities, interviews, surveys, observations, psychological data या sensitive information से जुड़ी है, तो consent, confidentiality और ethical safeguards का पालन किया गया है। Ethics approval या institutional permission, जहाँ लागू हो, manuscript में दी गई है।
Manuscript में funding statement दिया गया है। Conflict of interest statement दिया गया है। यदि AI-assisted tool का उपयोग language editing, translation, formatting या किसी अन्य purpose के लिए किया गया है, तो उसका disclosure दिया गया है।
यदि कोई funding या conflict नहीं है, तो भी “no funding” और “no conflict of interest” statement देना उचित है।
Submission के समय author निम्न declaration से सहमत होगा:
“मैं/हम पुष्टि करते हैं कि यह manuscript मौलिक है, किसी अन्य journal में published या under consideration नहीं है, सभी authors ने submission के लिए सहमति दी है, सभी sources का उचित citation दिया गया है, आवश्यक ethical approvals और permissions प्राप्त किए गए हैं, और manuscript समाज मानविकी की submission guidelines तथा publication ethics policies का पालन करता है।”
Author को OJS metadata सावधानी से भरना चाहिए। Title, abstract, keywords, author affiliation और references में error future indexing और citation में समस्या पैदा कर सकते हैं। Submission complete करने से पहले uploaded file और entered metadata दोनों की जाँच करें।
