समाज मानविकी हिंदी भाषा की academic journal है, लेकिन प्रत्येक article के लिए English metadata अनिवार्य है। English metadata article की international visibility, searchability, indexing readiness, citation discovery और non-Hindi readers के लिए accessibility बढ़ाता है।
English metadata में English title, English abstract, English keywords, author affiliation, ORCID ID, references और जहाँ उपलब्ध हो DOI/URL शामिल होते हैं।
हिंदी में प्रकाशित लेखों की global discoverability तभी बढ़ती है जब उनके साथ English metadata उपलब्ध हो। Search engines, indexing services, academic databases और citation tools सामान्यतः English metadata को आसानी से पढ़ते हैं। इससे Hindi scholarship का international reach बढ़ता है।
English title हिंदी शीर्षक का अर्थपूर्ण और अकादमिक अनुवाद होना चाहिए। Literal translation हमेशा आवश्यक नहीं है, लेकिन title article के actual theme और scope को सही रूप से प्रस्तुत करे।

English Title: Challenges of Hindi-medium Learners in Higher Education
Title बहुत लंबा न हो। अनावश्यक subtitles से बचें, जब तक वे article meaning को स्पष्ट न करते हों।
English abstract 150–250 words में होना चाहिए। इसमें article का purpose, method या approach, data/sample यदि लागू हो, key findings और contribution स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा जाना चाहिए।
Machine translation से बने abstract को author स्वयं पढ़कर ठीक करें। Poor English abstract article की credibility और indexing quality को प्रभावित कर सकता है।
प्रत्येक article में 5–7 English keywords दिए जाने चाहिए। Keywords बहुत सामान्य न हों। वे article के subject, method, population, theory और context को संकेतित करें।

Author names English/Roman script में भी सही रूप से दिए जाने चाहिए। Affiliation में department, institution, city, state और country शामिल होना चाहिए।

ORCID ID उपलब्ध हो तो अवश्य दें।
Hindi names, institutions और concepts के transliteration में consistency रखें। एक ही term को article में अलग-अलग रूपों में न लिखें।

जहाँ widely accepted English translation उपलब्ध हो, उसका उपयोग करें।
English abstract में exaggerated claims, unsupported generalizations और promotional language से बचें। Abstract article का accurate summary होना चाहिए, advertisement नहीं।
Submission के समय OJS metadata fields में English title, abstract और keywords सावधानी से भरें। यदि OJS multilingual metadata support उपलब्ध है, तो Hindi और English दोनों metadata अलग-अलग fields में भरें।
Metadata में spelling errors future indexing, search results और citation records में समस्या पैदा कर सकते हैं।
References original language में दिए जा सकते हैं। Hindi sources को Devanagari में रखना स्वीकार्य है। यदि आवश्यक हो, तो transliterated title या English translation square brackets में दिया जा सकता है।
